Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours during the weekday and Saturday. Orders received after 11 AM Eastern on Saturday will ship on Monday excluding holidays. Tracking information will be provided once order has shipped.
From time to time there may be a delay (usually 1 – 3 business days) in shipment due to available of products and/or accessories. If an item is back ordered you will be informed of an approximate ship date.
All customer orders are shipped insured and will include a tracking number.
Delays Due to Wartime, Conflict or Global Events
We are committed to keeping our customers informed and supported, but it is important to understand that:
- While we will make every effort to fulfill your order, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by acts of war, conflict, or related disruptions.
- Wartime or armed conflicts, whether domestic or international, may significantly disrupt shipping routes, customs clearance, carrier operations, or supply chain availability.
- In such cases, deliveries may be delayed, suspended, or rerouted without prior notice.
Customer Support During Delays
- If your order is impacted by such events, our customer service team will notify you (when possible) and provide updates regarding revised timelines or alternative options.
- If delivery becomes impossible due to extended conflict-related disruption, we will work with you to arrange a solution, which may include store credit, reshipment at a later time, or a refund where applicable.
Force Majeure Clause
Events such as war, armed conflict, embargoes, terrorism, political instability, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances are beyond our control. By placing an order with Reliance Antennas, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are not guaranteed under these conditions.
Return Policy
If You Are Not Completely Satisfied With The Product Purchased: Products Must Be Returned Within Thirty (30) Days Of Date Received For The Full Credit Of Item(S) Purchased (Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable). Item(s) Must Be In Brand New Condition Upon Return.
You Must Obtain An RMA Number (Return Authorization) Before Sending Products Back For Credit. This Number Must Accompany The Product For Proper Credits To Be Applied Without Delay. All Products Must Be “Unused” And Sent Back In Its Original Package. A Restocking Fee Of 20% May Be Deducted.
DO NOT Accept Any Package That Appears To Have Been Tampered Or Opened Or Damaged. Keep Your Original Packing For Possible Inspection.
